[QLab] Video Cue

Thanks very much for this feedback Geoff!  This is extremely helpful.

The cross fades may take some doing; I haven't looked into that yet.   
The positioning and sizing, on the other hand, is nearly done.  (A  
lot of the code is actually already in the version you've got, but  
it's not accessible to you yet.  How's that for a tease.  :)  )

So, anyway, this is very helpful feedback, and thanks very much for  
taking the time to write it up.  Much appreciated.
