These are actually separate licenses, with separate features.

I may some day offer a "license for everything", but I would want to  
first set up a system to allow the kind of discount you are  
describing, and the permutations of possible discounts may make that  
tricky....  So for the moment I'm going to stick with the separate  
licenses.

Also, regarding the question Paul Gotch asked earlier:

I've updated the terms of the license agreement to allow for a live  
backup for performances.  Hope that helps.
