Arg.  That'll teach me to push out a release right before bed.  Sorry

It looks like if you have (at least) the old Fade Cue and the old  
Sound Cue installed via an update, i.e. there is a Fade Cue plugin here:

~/Library/Application Support/QLab/PlugIns

you need to ditch them.  There may be others that produce  
inconsistencies, but at least those two do.  In fact, go ahead and  
move every plugin out of that directory and try reinstalling them  
from the update manager.

I'll report back more thoroughly once I fully investigate what stupid  
thing I did, but hopefully that will get people up and running.
