No, You're right and perhaps I should start over. I just confirmed
with the guy that loaned me the Emi that, just because its grayed out
in Audio MIDI Set UP. it doesn't mean its not operating.
So, i think my problem lies in how Qlab is communicating (patching)
to the device.
And Im a novice on this so, you want to talk about sillyness? here goes:
In the Audio Device Assignment window , how am i able to patch into
the 6 outs that the Emi 26 has?
The reason why i ask is that no matter where i assign the output
patches, the signal routes to the 1st and 2nd outs of the Emi.
OR, am I approaching this wrong?
