Alternately, you could use a MSC STOP command without specifying the cue or cue 
list.  The difference between these would nominally be that the All_Off should 
stop all playback AND put the volume of all channels to off and Stop would 
simply stop playback but leave the volume up.  In QLab this would effective be 
the same thing until it handles live inputs.  Sending RESTORE would cancel the 
ALL_OFF status and put everything back the way it was.  If STOP was used, 
sending a GO without specifying the cue or cue list would just restart playback 
where it was.

I'm simply saying this for the purposes of discussion on how MSC should 
nominally be implemented since my understanding is this is all being developed 
now.
