[QLab] Help With Lighting?

one thing which might be the problem: behringer makes crap equipment.  
it's possible that qlab, you midid interface, all your cables, and  
your dimmers are working perfectly, and the lighting board itself is  
causing the flicker because it's, well, because it's made by behringer.

just a thought. behringer is the only brand of equipment which i list  
on my riders as unacceptable.
