Hi Rich,

You can select all your cues, copy them, and paste them to an  
external application in tab-delimited format.  That can make it  
easier to print it up in whatever form you need.  This will pick up  
everything in the main list itself, although not anything in the  
inspector.

Currently this low-grade "export" feature doesn't go into groups.   
You can use the '>' key to open up all your groups, for easier  
selection of everything.
