[QLab] Licenses

Hi Jarrett,

In general, the QLab licensing structure is set up so that you need  
one license for each machine used simultaneously.  You can freely  
move those licenses about, and there are other dispensations for e.g.  
doing work on your "home" computer to bring into your "work"  
computer, or a backup machine running at the same time as a primary  
machine.  See the license file on the QLab disk image for all the  
details.
