What would a back button be supposed to do? I don't think there's  
more to do than putting the playback position one step back. This  
would be the same as hitting the stop all cues button, select the  
previous cue and give it a go.

As with a lighting desk, you can't go back in time most of the times.  
For example, what would be the back button be supposed to do with a  
midi note on? Or an audio fade out and stop? Implementing such a  
function would create unpredictable results, I guess.
