[QLab] Cueing an ETC Obsession through Qlab via MIDI

Our theatre has an Obsession 2 that we control via MSC. Setup on the
Obsession is very simply enabling MSC control and choosing a target ID. In
QLab, create an MSC cue anywhere you want to trigger a light cue and set the
appropriate parameters.
