If you mean displaying two or more cue lists from the same workspace  
simultaneously, no, there is not currently a way to do this.

This is indeed a pain when trying to have MIDI messages do remote  
triggering on an alternate (non-displayed) cue list.  This particular  
problem will be solved when I improve the remote MIDI triggering  
features, which is what I'm focusing on now.

I'm not sure I understand the "preloads" issue though; could you  
explain what you mean by that?
