[QLab] Resizable Windows VS. Projector Output

You could also use copy and paste: get a cue set up with the  
dimensions you want, copy and paste it, and replace its target file.

Regarding cue numbers, all cues in the workspace are treated the same  
way when it comes to cue numbers.  i.e. each number can be any  
string, and must be unique.
