Correct.

No, it does not currently offer tweens.

Go to the "QLab" --> "Check for Updates..." menu item and you will  
see a list of available plugins.  You can grab the Video Cue and  
Video Fade Cue from there.  They are fully functional, but a license  
is required to reactivate cues that have been saved to disk.
