[QLab] Beat loop into a song with specific timing.

Question: How would I be able to transition from a sampled beat into a song
keeping the beat underneath? I have a sequence where I am playing a rhythm,
and I need to start a piece of music when the stage manager calls it, and it
needs to line up with the beat. The cue can be fired within a second or 2 of
the stage manager's call, the most important part is that the music lines
up. Any Suggestions?
