I'm glad you were able to contribute your expertise on this one!  I  
certainly didn't know about the reset trick.

That's the nice thing about having expert and intelligent users--I  
don't have to try to be an expert and intelligent about everything  
myself.  ;)

I'm also very curious and hopeful that Steve got it straightened out-- 
Steve, did you survive?
