[QLab] Prototype MOTU workaround -- testing requested

Alright folks,  I've implemented a possible workaround to the MOTU-on- 
Intel problem.

I've placed a prototype build here:

I'd be much obliged if people with MOTU devices and an Intel machine  
could install it in:

/Users/YOUR_HOME_DIRECTORY/Library/Application Support/QLab/Plugins

(It should do it automatically if you double click the plugin.)


***WARNING***

This is a prototype cue.  It has not been thoroughly tested.  Its  
SOLE PURPOSE is to see if this new approach will work around the  
problem on MOTU devices.  It is a proof-of-concept that still needs  
some internal polish.  If you go using it on a show and bad things  
happen, don't come complaining to me!
