[QLab] Older version of Qlab

Hi Marc--

There aren't any copies of that old 10.3.9 version readily handy, and I'm
very reluctant to pull it out of the code repository.  The sheer number of
changes and fixes that have been put in place since then could cause you
major headaches.  For example, there is no guarantee that workspaces saved
with such an old version would not be mangled when opened by a new
version.  (In fact, if I recall correctly, they will be mangled.)

I know it's a tempting thought to get an older version, but it's inviting
pain.  :)
