[QLab] Pausing a Cue

I'm not sure what you don't like from my post - I think we're talking about 
the same thing here, but you don't like the wording I've used! :-)

It should probably be up to the end user to decide how this function is 
exposed to an operator, in that it can be assigned to a keyboard shortcut 
like the panic button (Esc) that currently exists.  It can then be 
un-assigned for show running.

For safety it can always be a key combination, eg Ctrl+F12 to pause.
