[QLab] Fades

I can't seem to figure out how to do a fade IN on a cue.  I can do  
fade OUTS, but how does one start a cue at -0dB and ramp up the  
volume from there?

I'm probably thinking too much in terms of mixer automation, and am  
missing the simple solution.
