Yes, it's that simple (as it should be).
Just to expand on what has been said:
You can use the Edit menu or the usual Mac shortcuts (Apple+C to copy,
Apple+V to paste).
1) Hightlight the source cue by clicking on it
2) Copy to clipboard using Apple+C (or the edit menu)
3) Paste back into the cuelist with Apple+V
You can then move the new cue anywhere you wish on the cuelist.
Note: this will be a carbon copy of the original cue, levels, times etc. so
if you have set up the original cue to come from only the left hand side,
the copy will have the same settings. Changing the settings will only
modify the cue being worked on; if you need to make both bus honks quieter,
you have to remember to adjust both Cues (hope this isn't too confusing).
The usually paste rules apply in so much as you can paste multiple times (if
you needed 4 bus horns).
You can also copy and paste mulitple cues in one hit.
(ps. if you choose to drag the file into the cue list again to create the
new cue it will have the default settings).
