[QLab] Bundles

I like Jeremy's suggestion.  Ableton's Live has a feature called  
"Save Set Consolidated As" and what it basically does is save all of  
the files associated with that particular session to it's own folder  
and is named to match the session.  Very handy for archiving or  
consolidating your work onto a single drive.
