[QLab] media integration into workspaces (couldn't post aticket - BUG!)

(I tried to send this once before, so my apologies if it shows up twice...)

I use the working directory all the time to insure that I can move
everything seamlessly between machines. It does take a certain amount of
discipline and understanding of how it works to use it properly, though.

This ties into another request I have been pondering: An archive feature.

The problem is, I put all my files into the PWD during the creation of the
design. Many of them will undergo revisions or swap-outs during the course
of tech and will no longer be used when the final workspace file is
complete. I may have 900MB worth of files in the PWD, with only about
200MB in actual use!

I'd love to be able to select a menu item "Archive Workspace" that would
copy and bundle the current Workspace(s) and all tageted files into an new
PWD. That way when you are moving a show to another machine or archiving
it after the show is closed, you know you have all the necessary files.

I don't know that bundling the files into a single (.tar, .zip, whatever)
file as a course of normal operation is a good idea, since it would make
it difficult to edit a file after being included in the Workspace. But I
do agree that perhaps we need to look at the way the PWD is implemented to
avoid new user pitfalls.
