[QLab] Minor stuff I would really like to have in Q lab

Can you look at re-examining this in a future release?  Many times in  
SFX I'll have a master cue list that only triggers other cue lists.   
Both lists contain the same cue numbers.

Granted, this has a lot to do with SFX's limitations- these are  
largely negated by QLab's ability to Group cues, copy/ paste  
sequences, and the uncanny ability to undo something.  "Undo" is a  
brilliant invention!

But many people work this way in SFX, and allowing duplicate cue  
numbers in multiple cue lists will make the transition easier...
