[QLab] Unique Cue Numbers (Alert Notice)

Hey Chris,
I agree with you that every cue should be required to have a unique cue
number. However if I could make one small suggestion it would be that an
alert window pops up when the user tries to assign a cue number that is
already in use. If I recall correctly (and I may be mistaken), currently if
a user tries to change a cue number to one that is already in use, the
program just moves along as if everything is fine but the cue number is
never changed. Obviously this could lead to problems if the user isn't
careful and thinks they're making changes that haven't really been made.
Hopefully it wouldn't be too difficult to add in an alert window that warns
the user that the cue number is already in use.
