[QLab] Echo AudioFire 8

Has anyone else had any issues with Qlab locking up while starting with a
Echo AudioFire 8 hooked up to their machine?  Opens/runs fine if I start
Qlab BEFORE plugging in the audio card, but if it¹s attached before I open
Qlab, I get the pinwheel of death.  Once started, Qlab sees the AudioFire
just fine.  I¹m running a 1.5 GHzG4 Powerbook, 10.4.7, 1 gig of RAM.

Anyone have any ideas?
