[QLab] QLab Pro 0.9.6 available

Believe it or not, it's finally here.  It took a little longer than I  
had hoped, but the wait is now over.

MIDI Show Control Cues have been added to QLab Pro.

Heck yeah.  This calls for celebration.  Can I get a little dance?

Beta testers, go nuts.  Let me know if anything needs fixing.

I consider this to be the last major feature addition before I move  
both QLab and QLab Pro to 1.0.  Yeah, I'll be adding a few other  
small things, and cleaning up some rough edges, but I think it's time  
to stop pushing this later and go ahead and crown this sucker.  It's  
ready to be used "officially", and I want to give people a chance to  
get a license for Pro if they need it.

Now, if you have a pet feature that hasn't yet made the cut (OMG!!! 
111!!!  CHRIS YOU *HAVE* TO ADD X!!! OTHERWiSE It SUXORS!) don't get  
too worried.   Once I get this thing out the door I'm just going to  
go right back to adding features, and there are plenty of features I  
want to add in as quickly as possible for a subsequent 1.x release.   
In other words, I have no intention of just sitting on my butt once  
1.0 is finally here!  So by all means, tell me what you think needs  
doing right quick for 1.1, and I promise to be heavily guided by your  
input.


Finally, a heartfelt thanks to everyone who has been putting time and  
effort into testing!  This would not be possible without your help,  
and I am truly grateful.
